Chair yoga explores classic postures with the benefit of stability and variety. This practice will guide the beginner (or advanced) student through a safe chair-based sequence and build confidence to adapt any practice to fit your personal mobility and stability needs. Special attention is given to lubricating the joints. We will explore yoga postures and witness the sensations throughout the body.

**Participants may choose to practice on mat or from a chair.
*** The only rule in yoga is that you BREATHE! Absolutely everything else is optional ?
