Let me introduce you to Kay Fontaine, aka Tree Bark and Berry Girl.
Kay is a daughter of the KING, wife, mother, and “Gram” to 18 grandchildren. She has a passion and love for plant-based foods, gardening, and helping others. She and her husband, Paul, have been incorporating plant-based eating into their lifestyle for the past 14 years. As a Culinary Educator she wishes to educate others on the art and joy of plant-based eating through cooking classes where YOU are the chef.
Kay will be offering her first class on October 7, 10am-2pm. “The Foundations of a Whole Foods/Plant based LIFESTYLE”. This class gives you the basics and the WHY behind this lifestyle.
