Yoga focuses on muscle strengthening, joint lubrication, stretching, and balance, these classes are appropriate for all levels of yoga students who prefer a slower, detail-oriented pace. These classes focus on building a solid foundation in basic yoga poses and is appropriate for those who are brand new to yoga as well as for more seasoned practitioners. Emphasis is given to the quality of breath and to linking breath with conscious movement.
