Pilates Classical Mat will teach you the principles of Pilates movement and a progression of Pilates mat exercises from Joseph Pilates' original order. This class is an up-to-date approach using variations, modifications, and props to meet participants' individual needs. Exercises will be done on mats, sitting and standing. A hand towel would be helpful to bring. No experience needed.
