This group explores the many components of our wellbeing from the mental/emotional (perspectives, beliefs, thought patterns), to the physical (nutrition and movement) to the spiritual (beliefs and how they can support us). Each month will contain a different topic or approach. Monthly gatherings will offer opportunities for new insights for more healthful living.
