A homage to Claude Monet
Join us for a relaxed watercolor class as we paint
Monet's Garden in watercolor using just one brush
. This will be a loose watercolor.
What to Expect:
We will capture Monet's water lily pond located in Giverny, France. The brush stokes are loose and impressionistic, the key is to obtain the reflections and light of Monet's garden in the pong. We will use watercolor to paint in an Impressionism Style, a modern verision of the classic French Impressionism plein air done originally in oil

This class is designed for all skill levels with easy-to-follow steps. Outline provided, no drawing skills needed and all supplies included. No previous watercolor experience needed.
Style:
This class will focus on painting Impressionism Style Monet's garden
What you will learn:
As always with watercolor we will work light-to-dark. We will focus on capturing
Monet's garden in watercolor with layering yellows, greens, and blues while capturing light with a bit of fun with rapid brush strokes and unmixed colors
. Explore core techniques; painting darks, blending to create a three dimensional painting in this unconventionally loose watercolor medium for Monet.
