Mah Jongg for Beginners
Mah Jongg for Beginners – Learn the American version of Mah Jongg, it’s a tile game for all ages in the rummy family and is played typically with four people. It’s a sociable, competitive, exciting and addictive game that exercises your mind and it’s lots of fun
.
The Instructor, Christine Blackford will explain; the tiles and their function to the Charleston and the National Mah Jongg League rules, understanding and using the current yearly card, to strive to the winning hand.
NO Mah Jongg experience or knowledge is required and a practice Mah Jongg set is provided for the duration of this
four-week class
.
Upon completion you will be fully confident and knowledgeable to join a game of Mah Jongg and have made a few new friends! BYOF - Bring Your Own Friend(s) and share in the fun and great opportunity together.

REQUIRED: Please purchase an official National Mah Jongg League 2025 yearly card before class! It is available online at
