The class will begin with everyone working on how to achieve upright posture and the understanding of the positive tension involved in the core muscles for this achievement. The class will be a medium intensity workout. Walking will involve a variety of step length and movements. Some movements such as alternating kicks, wooden soldier, cross country ski, and rocky horse are used to warm up lower muscles of the body. Swim strokes are used to warm-up the upper body muscles. After dynamic stretches of the upper and lower muscles; the use of the cardio workout will be done to strengthen the lung and heart functions. The cardio workout will be done in intervals of big and small steps of walking and moderate jogging. . Additional equipment as flotation dumb bells are used. Lower body strengthening exercises will involve the knees, hips, and buttocks.
