Are you an active adult who walks, swims, bikes, runs, plays pickle ball, etc.? Stretching is an important component of any exercise program. This class incorporates an array of yoga inspired postures to stretch the neck, shoulders, back, arms, hips,
hamstrings, calves and ankles. A focus on breath, balance and core are also incorporated into the class. Use of blocks and straps will allow for improved range of motion and accessibility. This class is suitable for students of all levels.
