Join us for Amblebrooks first Ambleplunge! Take a dive into the icy water of the outdoor pool followed by a warm dip in the hot tub!
We also encourage those interested in participating in the event to attend the 'Ambleplunge Benefits for the Vagus Nerve' presentation on March 27 to learn why this plunge is beneficial for your health. Please see your portal for more information.
