To access the site for the 1st time you will use YOUR Member Number for the username and YOUR Last Name all lowercase letters for the password.

Example - Member Number: 00000 Password: smith

Next - Set New Password: Enter your new password that you will remember.

Last - Password Reminder Question: Select the question and enter your response.

Reminder - All Member Information will take a couple of days to populate.
