Example - Member Number: A0000 Password: A0000 (The Member Number must be in CAPS).

For Dependants YOUR Member Number-1 with a dash for both the username and password.

Example - Member Number: A0000-1 password: A0000-1.

Next - Set New Password: Enter your new password that you will remember.

Last - Password Reminder Question: Select the question and enter your response.
